  • Spread the chicken in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, shred the chicken with two forks and mix with any remaining buffalo sauce on the pan.
