Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, half of the green onions, and blue cheese (if using) until evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Top the dip with an additional sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese and a few more crumbled blue cheese pieces if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Garnish with the remaining chopped green onions.
Notes
Adjust the buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
