Instructions
In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, sliced banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, and honey or maple syrup.
Pour in the almond milk and add Greek yogurt if using, along with the vanilla extract.
Add the ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill and thicker texture.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or syrup if desired.
