Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for the best flavor.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, place the marinated chicken breasts. Pour the low-sodium chicken broth around the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
