Frank's RedHot sauce

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Frank's RedHot sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
Add in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using) on top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for dipping.
