In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Add the honey, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a medium-sized oven-safe dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
Once baked, carefully remove from the oven. Drizzle a little more honey on top for added flavor and garnish with fresh chives or parsley.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of crusty bread for dipping.
