Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce; mix until smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese until well blended.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped green onions for an extra zing.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with celery sticks, cucumber slices, or low-carb tortilla chips for a colorful presentation.
