Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning until well blended.
Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks and mix it well with the sauce.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions.
