Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peppermint-flavored yogurt with half of the crushed peppermint candy. Stir gently to combine.
In another bowl, fold together the whipped cream with the vanilla pudding, creating a fluffy mixture.
Start layering the trifle cups: begin with a scoop of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of each cup.
Add a layer of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies on top of the yogurt layer.
Next, add a layer of the whipped cream and pudding mixture over the cookies.
Repeat the layers (yogurt, cookies, and whipped cream) until the cups are filled, finishing with a dollop of the whipped cream layer on top.
Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candy over the whipped cream.
Chill the trifle cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, garnish each cup with a few fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
