Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and pumpkin puree, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
Add in the maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
Continue to heat the mixture, stirring frequently, until it is warm but not boiling (about 5-7 minutes).
Once heated through, use an immersion blender or transfer to a standard blender and blend for a few seconds to create froth.
Pour the pumpkin spice milk into mugs and sprinkle some extra pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon on top for garnish.
