1packpre-made wontons (chicken or vegetable filling)
4cupslow-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1teaspoonsesame oil
1clovegarlic, minced
1inchfresh ginger, grated
1cupbok choy, roughly chopped
1smallcarrot, julienned
2piecesgreen onions, sliced
1tablespoonfresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
In a medium pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the boiling broth, stirring to infuse flavor.
Gently add the pre-made wontons to the pot; cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are heated thoroughly.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, followed by the chopped bok choy and julienned carrot. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the bok choy is tender.
Taste the soup and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Remove the pot from heat and divide the soup into serving bowls. Garnish each bowl with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
