Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breasts with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Spread the chicken in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, shred the chicken with two forks and mix with any remaining buffalo sauce on the pan.
While the chicken cools, you can toast the slider buns in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden and warm.
Assemble the sliders by placing a generous amount of buffalo chicken on each bun. Top with shredded lettuce and blue cheese crumbles or drizzle with ranch dressing.
Finally, sprinkle chopped green onions on top for an added crunch and flavor. Serve immediately.
Notes
Arrange the sliders on a serving platter, garnish with extra buffalo sauce drizzled around, and serve with carrot and celery sticks for an authentic touch. Enjoy!
