bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar until combined; set aside.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Increase the heat to high and add the sliced beef sirloin. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, stirring well to combine and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat the noodles in the sticky sauce.
Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the sauce to taste.
