Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sweet and spicy glaze. In a saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes. Heat over medium heat until bubbling, stirring occasionally until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Once the meatballs are finished baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the warm glaze over the meatballs and gently toss until they are thoroughly coated.
Transfer the coated meatballs to a serving platter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Adjust cayenne pepper and chili flakes to taste for desired spiciness.
