Instructions
In a blender, add the fresh spinach leaves and banana.
Add the frozen mango chunks for sweetness and a tropical twist.
Pour in the coconut water to give the smoothie a refreshing base.
Add Greek yogurt for creaminess and a protein boost.
Sprinkle in the chia seeds for added texture and nutrition.
If desired, drizzle in honey to sweeten the smoothie to your taste.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again.
